Accent Transport Services understands that your medical information is private and confidential. We maintain a process to ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

"Protected health information" includes:

• Any individually identifiable information that we obtain from you or others that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health.
• The health care you have received
• Payment for your health care services

Since our goal is to provide the highest level of service to our customers and business partners, we want you to know that Accent complies with the HIPAA directives.

Disclaimer Statement

The carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport any person or persons who is/are under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of himself or herself/themselves, or who show conduct which if such, or is likely to be such, as to make him or her/them objectionable or other passengers or the driver or impair the safe operation of the motor vehicle. The carrier reserves the right to disembark the “Client” at a location other than the “Place of Destination” or “Place of Origin” if in the judgment of the carrier, safe operation of the motor vehicle can not be maintained. EXCEPTION: The above rule does not apply to persons who are ill and are accompanied by an attendant or nurse.

Inclimate Weather

Accent makes every attempt to provide quality service. However, if the roads are unsafe or impassable because of Inclimate weather, we will cancel the scheduled trip. You will not be charged for the cancelled trip and it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
